Hello, I have an American Bulldog who is scared of male strangers. She is 3
years old and has never been badly treated. She doesnt like men and will
bark at them and then back off. She will try and come and say hello and
then back off wagging her tail and barking and looking stressed out. She
wont take treats from them or anything like that. It's like she wants to be
friendly but is too scared. Even friends that visit the house regularly she
is funny with.

She is fine with kids and women. She is getting better. At one stage she
would try and back out of her collor and run off at the sight of a man in
the street. Now she can walk past without barking unless they stop to make a
fuss of her.

Has anyone got any good pointers that can help me get my dog over this?
