the dino toys are adorable. I like the octopus ones too, though i guess they are technically Ruffian dog toys and not cuz. __________________________ Elegy, Thanks, I think you unwittingly answered a question I have about toys. I was attempting to order from a catalog. I saw the Ruffian toys on the same page as the Cuz's and the Dino Cuz's and of course they described the Ruffian's as for power chewers, so I inquired of the sales lady taking my order if the Ruffians were as durable as the Cuz's. She was very nice, but could not speak to the durability of any of the toys. I have a call back from a specialist to tell me about the toys on Monday. The sales lady said she may walk back to the ware house herself and check them out and call me back. She was so nice, she spoke at length about her 14 yr old Weim that she had recently lost. It was her only dog. She told me of all of his surgeries. The dog's name was Sterling. I feel like I know him and her. Of course, she now knows my dog's and cat's life stories. Things must have changed since I was in the customer service business, can you imagine her having all that time to visit? Mine was not a Christmas order, but it tis the season. Then I got a guy from JC Penney's who told me everything I could ever want to know about Ky. (I am thinking about a place there) It must be therapeutic for the pet toys lady to be able to talk about her loss, to other dog people. Ok, Ruffians are on my list, thanks. Be Free.....Judy |
