Janet,
May I respectfully suggest something? You really need a Blog on My Space or somewhere for you to use if you want to post your daily diary. I wasted 2-3 minutes reading about some rotten teeth and your hangover, something I would not do, because I do not know you nor do I really care that you let your teeth go bad. I am on here trying to read about a serious posting dog behavior and I got yours. We all have our ailments and daily travails, but we don't need to follow your personal soap opera. I don't know if this group is made up of a few "clubby" type women, so far I have seen a few of that type here, or just those who need some kind of outside contact or want to have something to do like chatting with truckers on their Citizen's Band Radios, but I was hoping to find serious content. I do hope you take this in the spirit given and go to My Space or any number of personal sites which can give you not only the daily diary space, but also your photo, your friend's photo, your dogs photos and a host of other really pertinent info about your life. Thank you for reading. |

I didn't realize you are an expert in dentistry. It seems like your expertise in that field matches your expertise in dog behavior. May I respectfully suggest something? You can suggest it, but I can guarantee you that no one is going to take your whining seriously. I wasted 2-3 minutes Well that was foolish, wasn't it. Ohwellthen, there's the problem. This means you should have been posting about how to make fermented shrimp paste. It's always about food with You People[tm]!1!!! -- Shelly http://www.cat-sidh.net (the Mother Ship) http://esther.cat-sidh.net (Letters to Esther) |

I wasted 2-3 minutes reading Did you notice how long it took him to read a really fairly short post? Anyway - I will continue to post about the absolute brilliance of my puppy and that means it's ALL ON TOPIC! We have 2 cats, 2 adult dogs and Marcie the puppy. It is fascinating to see how different her relationship is with each of them, and it pans out pretty much the way one may expect. The younger dog (2) is her best buddy. She keeps trying to convince Lucy (almost 11) that she's wonderful and won't give up. Lucy is pretty good to her but also tempers her. The younger cat (6) has not had a lot of puppy experience, but he has gotten more at ease with each one. Especially because Marcie was (is!) small when she arrived and the youngest, he adapted very quickly and shares snuggle space with her. She, intuitively, goes to grab his tail and thinks better of it. Smart girl. The older cat (14) has been the most dramatic change. Marcie is not intimidated by her at all, unlike the big gold dogs. I think that irritates Carey the cat, a huge amount. She never managed to intimidate Franklin (Marcie's predecessor) either, so I think she's rolling her eyes over another bold black dog. We have had a much more active day today, which is very good for all of us. Getting everyone on the same schedule of sleep/wake/play is always a goal for me. -- Janet Boss www.bestfriendsdogobedience.com |
