I have a female rottie I rescued at 7 weeks, who is now 7 years old and she
is my constant companion. I have long wondered if animals communicate
with each other through telepathy. And I've spent years learning how to
communicate with dogs. Recently I tried some experiments with my own dog.
I sat and thought to myself "give me a kiss" and SHE DID IT, without me
even saying a word or doing some movement with body language. Then I
though "you want a belly rub" and she rolled over to get her belly rubbed.
I keep thinking thoughts of words I know she knows and about 90% of the
time, this dog is reading my thoughts and acting on them without me
vocalizing them or using body language of any kind. I am floored by this
finding. Has anyone out there tried anything similar. I'm sure the fact
that Roxy and I have been together so long plays a part, as I have always
treated her like a human and carried on conversations with her. But it
still amazes me that she is now responding only to my thoughts. By the
way, I am passionate about ALL animals and have my own private santuary of
