Default online meds

anybody use 800-petmeds or allvet for any of their meds, because of the

opinions?

Last year I had a dog with heart problems and I saved a lot of money by
ordering online. I did compare a few and Petmeds was not a deal. I ended
up using PetCareRx and feel I got a great deal. I don't know if they are
still the best deal, things can change fast online.

What was nice was that the vet could give them a script for up to 6
months worth of meds at a time and I could order more than one months'
medications and save on shipping.

Since I was buying two different medications plus some alternative ones
it saved me money and helped me help my boy live over a year longer than
he would have.

The vet was very surprised when I made an appointment to bring the dog
in for a check up after a year had gone by. Buddy evidently wasn't
supposed to live anywhere near that long, and he made it another 4-5
months after that.

I attribute his longevity to a very good raw diet including a lot of raw
beef heart and to CoQ10 among other things. I'm hoping the vet learned
something from the experience. He was one that never looked past his vet
schooling into other modes of treatment and feeding. If you don't keep
learning you get stale!

Needless to say I don't use him anymore, although I really haven't had a
problem that has required help from a vet.

ps
I noticed that when I tried leaving their website they offered me an
additional 10% off if I ordered right then. Sounds like a good deal!
