Default Euthanasia question OT Kitten

As a side note the prosecutor shared with me that he (the Vet) informed
her that a cow is killed by a blow to the head before being butchered.
She was surprised by his comment. She didn't know that. I wonder if
she thought cattle died of old age before being made into burgers. I
bet she would flip out if she new where Veal came from (or not).

My friend had a cat named Ashes, who was particularly unfriendly and
dangerous. If he, or anyone, tried to pwt her or even got close, she would
attack without warning and inflict wounds with her teeth and claws. So he
took her into the back yard, put a gun to her head, and ended her life with
a single shot. This was painless and possibly more humane than dragging her
to the vets and probably needing to restrain her while a tranquilizer was
administered followed by the pink juice. And it cost only about $0.25, so
he could use the money he saved to rescue a very gentle cat. Some animals
(including human ones) just don't deserve to live, and would fall under the
Texas defense of "he/she needed killin'".

Since we are now covered with at least a foot of the evil white stuff, I
like the domain name where the Texas statute is cited:
http://www.snowflakesinhell.com/2007...perty-round-2/

and the actual statute:

Don't mess with Texas. You'll get a beating around the Bush ranch...
