Default Phenobarbital and Anipryl

My 14 year old schnauzer has been on Phenobarbital for the control of
seizures for one year and is now having problems with Canine Cognitive
Dysfunction. There is a fairly new med for dogs with CCD called Anipryl
(Selegiline HCL). My question is how compatible are these two meds?
Does anyone have any experience or information.

Thank you
