Default health question.....

Hi Cshenk

i feed my schnauzer 3 times in the day, she had 3 months and 15 days... is
weigth is about 6.8 lb.

i use this time to feed it:

7:30 am
2:00 pm
and
7:30 pm

this because i wok from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

i eat in the same hours, i give it 1 1/4 cup, divided in 3 parts, sometimes
i use a little part of a can with the dry food.

she like it,

what do you think about the food time? it is good, my vet say after 6 months
she can eat 2 times in a day.

Thanks

just for info the diarrea was gone, i don feed my puppy for 12 hours and
then feed with the aeukanuba for little portions, today i feed it with
the regular portion and the poo is hard jeje

im interested in that info Char, rawfed

Careful Daniel. Char is a bit off the centerline mentally on this 'raw'
bit.

You are using eukanaba which is definately a good brand of food. I do the
same and put some wet in the evening bowl.

Dogs prefer to be fed twice a day if they arent the sort where you can
just leave 'free kibble around to munch at will'. Something like 8am and
8pm or a variation of that which fits your work schedule. Doesnt have to
be dead on 12 hours apart. Cash-pup and Daisy-cat eat at about 6:15am and
6pm but that's because it works for us. Weekends, they semi-patiently
wait for breakfast until 8am (grin).

To explain that some breeds (or nature of the dog if you prefer) are more
prone to just eating it all up until they get sick, while others are happy
to have a whole bowl and just munch a bit at a time as the day goes on.
