At this thime i use a crate to sleep in the nigths, some nights I take
it outside to "pee" in the 2 or 3 am,..... in the day im leaving in the
bath with the babygate...

Crates generally work better than many people expect, but they do need
some care. If you have a puppy, it needs to learn that the crate is not
where it can relieve itself, but it needs to go every few hours, so you
should not leave it alone in a crate all day. Someone will need to be
able to let it out for at least fifteen minutes at least once every four
hours.
