I've never had the need to do so, because all of my dogs have been
TRAINED to recall. Plus, I don't leave my dogs out on unsafe and
improper jury-rigged lines that they can easily escape from, like
Muttley has already done a number of times already. Unlike cats, dogs
don't have nine lives.
