Personally I *like* the idea of farmed fish if done right to protect the
wild population and let me eat lots of fish. It's just a responsible use of
resources. I prefer farm trout and salmon over 'wild caught'. Catfish too.
I *think* I can trust farms when it comes to PCB's and mercury and that
stuff.
