Hi,

I am expecting the arrival of a new Tibetan terrier puppy shortly.


15 Years ago I had two Shitz Tzu which were on a diet of Science diet
light and both had skin problems and or mites and were incurable.
Needless to say I wouldn't touch this brand again.


I recently had a Lhasa Apso the best dog I ever had, which was on a
diet of Iams dog food and got diabetes in her 11th year. Prior to that
she had bladder stones..


I went to the pet store to prepare for the arrival of my new puppy
and
they recommended the waltham brand.


They claimed that Iams is not the same quality it used to be and they
wouldn't recommend it.


I want to stick to dry foods as I think they are safer.


What other brands would you suggest or do you concur with the pet
supply place recommending the Waltham brand?
