Hi there,
I'm new her and trying to get some advice other than from my vet. I have
a dog that has had a long run of ear yeast infections. My vet just keeps
giving him antibiotics and ear drops but I just can't keep paying out
and then it jus comes straight back.
Can anyone recommend something different, other tahn a different vet?

Yes, colloidal silver works great and so does white vinegar and water but
if you want it to stop you have to stop the source which is grains. There
are a few grain free foods out there but your best option is to change
over to a more species appropriate diet of real meat, bones and organ
meats.
IOW stop feeding kibble! Most canned food is full of it too. Dogs are
carnivores and commercial foods aren't appropriate for dogs to begin with.
