As a person with a dog who hurls herself to the floor for dinner, and also
does the super secret sideways levitation, I think you should know that the other day at suppertime, Queenie hurled herself to the living room floor and literally slid, in down position, into the kitchen. I laughed so hard -- I hope that means she will repeat it! -- Catherine & Zoe, Queenie, & Max, 3 black dogs of varying sizes & Rosalie the calico cat www.ourladyofperfection.blogspot.com |

I'm impressed! I laughed so hard -- I hope that means she will repeat it! So do I! That's a trick that is sure to bring joy to any day. -- Shelly http://www.cat-sidh.net (the Mother Ship) http://esther.cat-sidh.net (Letters to Esther) |

I laughed so hard -- I hope that means she will repeat it! Laughter brings all three dogs running, usually carrying the nearest handy object. Which is fine when it's a tennis ball or a tug. Recently, though, it was one of a pair of smartwool socks that I paid about $15 for. Scully picked it up and then she and Zane had a good old time playing tug'o'war. My bad. I'd been keeping the wrong items picked up. If there'd been a tug or a ball handy, or if the socks had been in the hamper they wouldn't/couldn't have done it. I thought about taking a stab at repairing it but there are 4 good-sized holes and two of them are in weight-bearing areas. So I guess I'll write the socks off as an "idiot fee". |

I would pay $15 to see my dogs play tug o war -- they've just never done that, although they will tug with me. My bad. I'd been keeping the wrong items picked up. If there'd been a tug or a ball handy, or if the socks had been in the hamper they wouldn't/couldn't have done it. Well, one can only have so many toys around the house! I thought about taking a stab at repairing it but there are 4 good-sized holes and two of them are in weight-bearing areas. So I guess I'll write the socks off as an "idiot fee". Hey, we all forget stuff like this sometimes. I hope you buy yourself a new pair as a reward for keeping your cool about this pair! -- Catherine & Zoe, Queenie, & Max, 3 black dogs of varying sizes & Rosalie the calico cat www.ourladyofperfection.blogspot.com |
