Default Trip Preparation

One thing I've learned - you don't realize just how many metric buttloads of
crap you're getting your dog until you actually try lifting the box all the
stuff came in. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff online for the dogs.
Basically, I bought a bunch of chewies, greenies and bone for all dogs
(friends' two, my two, pet sitter's one) and treats. All told, about 60
pounds of stuff, and that doesn't even include their canned food or kibble.

And, it's final. Khan stays with friends while Pan stays with the dog
sitter. I am remarkably at ease about Khan, considerably less so with Pan.
Mentally checking all the stuff I need for the dogs, so we won't run into
any last minute troubles. Still need emergency tags for both dogs with
information about the petsitter/friends on it, cook up the fillers for Khan,
wash Pan's bed, and may need to buy more kibble (will know for sure closer
to the date), but that should be it.

I always feel like I'm forgetting something, however.
