Have you checked with the national breed club?

Go to breeds, then to pharaoh hound. There will be a link there to the
national breed club. They will have information on breeders. And I suggest
that with a breed with such a limited number of litters that you not start
out by limiting yourself to any specific geographical area of the country -
especially for your initial contact with owners of the breed.

With such a relatively uncommon breed, you'll probably have to
somewhat work yourself into that breed's community in order to
get leads. In addition to what Judy wrote, get involved in on-
line discussion lists. A groups.yahoo.com search shows these:

And cetera. The first focuses on your area but I have no idea as
