So what's going on with his agility training? We're about halfway through (by my reckoning) the second class offered by our club, and Baron has seen every obstacle save the weave poles. At the moment we're working on sequencing obstacles and communication between dog and handler. Will you be taking him to trials? I expect to be able to trial him this fall, depending on how things go from here on (particularly with those weaves). There are a lot of clubs in the area, with a good number of trials scheduled late this year and early next year, so I should be able to get him some pretty good exposure just with day trips. It's pretty cool, really. He's really taking to it with gusto, and seems to be picking up on things faster than I am. -- Mark Shaw (And Baron) moc TOD liamg TA wahsnm ================================================== ======================= "Dogs need to sniff the ground; it's how they keep abreast of current events. I question most of your assertions. Which ones? Most of them. My lack of comment on the vast majority of your statements and assertions and particularly insults should not be interpreted as concurrence with what you say. You don't believe that Hitler made those comments? Which ones? He made several contradictory comments. My initial question on this point was of your blanket assertion that he was an atheist; I had read that his religious belief was open to question, not settled. Or that the context and timeline mean anything? But I thought that it was important to you that Hitler be an atheist because of the way pointed out that both Mark and Hitler were atheists, as if that would be supremely insulting to Mark. But you didn't seem to care much when Mark insulted me, and everyone else who considers themselves religious, did you? No, not really. You hurl out far more insults than you receive, so I figure that you can take care of yourself. I didn't care that you insulted Mark, either, by trying to imply similarity by label; Mark can also take care of himself. I just became curious as to why it was so important to you that Hitler be atheist. So apparently, you have your own anti-religious axe to grind, eh? Feel free to categorize me however you like. Why is it so important to you that Hitler be an atheist? Why do you care what his religion or lack thereof is? FurPaw -- The plural of anecdote is not proof. To reply, unleash the dogs |
