Why is it important to you to believe that he was religious, or that he believed in God? It's not. I question most of your assertions. Which ones? Most of them. My lack of comment on the vast majority of your statements and assertions and particularly insults should not be interpreted as concurrence with what you say. I see. You question my assertions, even most of them, but don't want to be pinned down on which ones they might be? sigh That's not surprising, actually, because I think you're essentially intellectually lazy yourself, and a coward. You're uncomfortable having your own "assertions" questioned, so you keep them close to the vest. You don't believe that Hitler made those comments? Which ones? He made several contradictory comments. My initial question on this point was of your blanket assertion that he was an atheist; I had read that his religious belief was open to question, not settled. If one understands the concepts of context and timeline, it's impossible to come to any other conclusion. Unless, of course, one were to become really uncomfortable with the resulting implications. Or that the context and timeline mean anything? But I thought that it was important to you that Hitler be an atheist because of the way pointed out that both Mark and Hitler were atheists, as if that would be supremely insulting to Mark. But you didn't seem to care much when Mark insulted me, and everyone else who considers themselves religious, did you? No, not really. You hurl out far more insults than you receive, so I figure that you can take care of yourself. That's not true. I hurl them out pretty much in direct proportion to the number I myself receive, and only at those from whom I receive insults, etc. I didn't care that you insulted Mark, either, by trying to imply similarity by label; Mark can also take care of himself. I just became curious as to why it was so important to you that Hitler be atheist. Wasn't it totally obvious, given the context of my reply to Mark? con-text n. 1. The part of a text or statement that surrounds a particular word or passage and determines its meaning. 2. The circumstances in which an event occurs; a setting. And until you manage to find the courage to elucidate some of those many "assertions" of mine that you claim to question, for me, that'll have to do for you. So apparently, you have your own anti-religious axe to grind, eh? Feel free to categorize me however you like. Okay, I will. I think you're an anti-religious bigot, just like Mark. Why is it so important to you that Hitler be an atheist? Why do you care what his religion or lack thereof is? Only the truth is important to me. One thing that should be important to you though, however, is your support of a bigot who proudly proclaims his hatred and contempt for anyone and everyone who happens to believe in God. Which, absent additional information, leaves me to assume that you share his contempt and hatred for 90-95% of Americans, including a good number of r.p.d.b.ers. -- Handsome "Jack" Morrison This week's reading assignment for Janet "El Bimbo Más Grande" Boss. And so far the best that any Democratic presidential candidate has been able to manage with Iraq is to make what I think of as the high school sex promise: I will pull out in time, honest dear." P.J. He's really taking to it with gusto, and seems to be picking up on things faster than I am. That's *always* the way, especially with one's first half dozen dogs. Friday and I had a pretty good agility weekend in southern Alberta's Texas-like weather, which was humid and 30degC plus. I pulled Rocky from today's events because he's too hairy and black and unsteady when it come to heat. -- --Matt. Rocky's a Dog. |

It looks like we might actually get into the 70s late in the week, though. Harriet would like to swap weather with you. The somali skinny should have been expelled and deported for issuing a terroristic threat, which is a criminal offencse in most jurisdictions. Allah be praised. Mike.
failing that, the wog should have the snot kicked out of him, as he would if he threatened to kill a dog in my presence,.Praise Allah. On one side we have a student with a medical disability. One would think that the Americans with Disabilities Act would allow this student to participate to the fullest extent possible in pursuing his goals, which is to teach in special education. To do so, he is supposed to train in both elementary and secondary school settings. (The article notes that Hurd had no such problems with Somali students at his elementary school assignment.) "On the other side, we have a student at Tech HS whose faith considers dogs unclean and is asserting his right to education in an institution without dogs.
