They do. Not to mention that men should be screened for prostate
cancer.

I was just trying to decide which test is more "fun".

I think both of them are pretty high up there in the "undignified"
scale, but I gather that mammograms are actually higher on the "painful"
scale, despite what most men think of the process.

[Anecdote: the last time I had the prostate thing done I mentioned to
my doctor about the indignity of it all, and he said "It's OK, I'm
Italian." To which my response was "What the f*ck does *that* mean?"
and he had to admit that he hadn't a clue as to what made him say that.]

Dusty looks pretty much like an aging black GSD,

That's what I was going to say. She looks like a black GSD. While we've
gotten in some pretty humongous GSDs, 120 pounds (especially for a bitch) is
still very much not the norm, although we currently have two bitches at 97
(http://www.shepherdrescue.org/pages/gg1.html) and 92
(http://www.shepherdrescue.org/pages/jane1.html) pounds.

I like the appearance of both girls, but I really really like GG. I am
glad we don't live any where near your srescue.
