Specific Breed Legislation Update
On 2008-07-16 19:56:50 -0400, sighthounds & siberians said:
Does the law say the dog has to be in the pen whenever it's outside? Evidently if the dog is not on a 3 foot leash, it's supposed to be in a pen, like a chain-link box. Outside doggie jail. The dog has to be muzzled when it's outside. Gosh, I bet everybody with a pit follows all of the rules...
