It happens, obviously, but I tend to think your vet will have a good sense about that. I don't know about the need for the collar. I'd just watch him closely and if he seems to be having problems with it, call the vet back. Like Karla said, my dogs usually rub their faces/eyes with the sides of their paws. best, td |
