I keep taking Tuck into the vet with digestive issues. Endoscopies and all
tests come up normal.

I was told not to worry about it unless it creates an issue.
The issue caught up with us.
Tuck has a blockage. It's because he got fair food at the fair. Fair goers
like to feed the animals as they pass by their crates. He ended up with an
inflammed bowel which aggravated his adhesions. This kinked his bowel, and
now he has to have surgery.
He was just left at the specialists, because my vet can't do the surgery
because when he initially had his chicken bone incident, he lost his omentum.
So the specialist is doing tests, with likely surgery this afternoon. Due to
the fact he has no omentum, this is considered high risk surgery.

Geez, I'm sorry, Diddy.

The "fair food" as the culprit is just a guess, right?

Anyway, I hope the surgery goes well.

Good luck!

I hope all goes well. You've had an unfair share of serious problems, and
you and Tuck have done so much to brighten the lives of others. Let me know
if you would accept a donation toward his expenses. I'd be happy to help.

Yep. He was fine until day three at the fair. I caught a kid giving him his
pork chop bone. I think it's highly likely it's fair food.

I brought him home monday night when he got sick. And we've been vetting
since.
I appreciate everyone's well wishes.

Tuck does have tons of adhesions. We knew he would after the chicken bone
fiasco.
we always were afraid he might have to have surgery because of the
adhesions. But my vet said if he did, it was not a surgery a general
Practitioner should do.

In fact, relatively simple abdominal surgeries should never be done by a
general practioner on Tuck after his last event.

And If they operate to fix this adhesion, it will only generate more.
Tuck is doomed to have digestive issues for the rest of his life because of
his internal scarring.

Thanks for everyone's positive thoughts. Never underestimate the power of
positive thinking!
