More like, thinking of ways to kill me slowly and painfully in my sleep.
(Also, not a tutu, exactly, but please to note the fancy rainbow
ribbon.)

Plotting world domination. Or my dqqm. Or something Very Important.

Angry dog is angry. And boy, was she EVAR! I'd gotten home, de-coned
her, and watched her dance and boing and roll around in Pure Joy. And
then, I got distracted for a couple of seconds, and she started licking.
I had to re-cone her until I got off the phone with my mom, since
clearly I can't talk and watch the dog at the same time. Sheesh.

Trying to take over the world IS hard work.

Apparently! The best part, though, was that I was sitting next to her,
and after a bit she sloooooowly slid sidways, until she was upside down
in my lap. She thought that was Teh Funny. I swear, she laughed so
hard she sneezed.

Sneezes of joy for everyone!

Really, Miss Brown needs to understand that the Cone of Dqqm is simply
a spotlight. One must suffer for one's art.

Harriet firmly believes that sneezes are the meant to be shared. Ugh.
There's nothing quite like a face full of Boxer spray.

And/or a food funnel. All the better for capturing flying treats.

One must suffer for one's art.

Oh, she suffers! At least, that's what *she* says.

Great photos!

But all the ribbons in the world can't disguise that cone or take the
earnest one's mind off it.

It looks like her hip is healing up nicely.

And the second photo is wonderful, but how can you miss with a subject like
the lovely Miss Harriett Brown. What a good profile shot, and we won't
mention the neck chub, although it could be compared to velvet.

Thanks!

No, they can't. Alas, I didn't have many options readily available. It
was either fancy cotton ribbon or hemp twine, and I didn't want her to
look like Jethro.

It looks like her hip is healing up nicely.

So far, so good. The bruising on her inner thigh was gone in a day or
so, and the incision looks dry and clean, despite the fact that she's
sneaked a couple of covert licks. One stitch seems a little loose, but
the incision is pretty well knit, so I don't think it's a problem.
Normally, she'd be getting them out tomorrow, but because the skin was
tight, he wanted to leave them in a few extra days. I think Tuesday is
the target date for removal.

And the second photo is wonderful, but how can you miss with a subject

I really lucked out. I couldn't have asked for a more cooperative
model!

What a good profile shot, and we won't mention the neck chub,

Why the heck not? I tease her mercilessly about it. Too bad her tumor
wasn't on her neck. They could've gotten extra extra extra wide margins
and still had enough left over for a lovely chapeau.

although it could be compared to velvet.

She is very soft around the head and neck. Her torso is so sleek that
you can pet her against the grain without the hair standing up.
