Default I'm from Alabama

I own nine dogs and four cats. I am from Alabama and I am one of many
people in this state that take care and love their pets as well as
other animals! Not everyone here is A CRUEL, UNEDUCATED, BACKWOODS,
HUNTING, HILLBILLY, TOOTHLESS REDNECK THAT LIVES FOR NASCAR. Can't
cruel, uneducated (and even toothless!) people be found everywhere?
Yes, many have given us ALABAMIANS a bad wrap, but we are a modern
functioning society just like every other state in our beautiful
United Sates. Some of us do have "southern charm" and know how to
provide "good southern hospitality". I won't even get started on our
southern cookin'! (yes, I said cookin'...what about it?) Don't knock
it 'til you've tried it, y'all. Now, back to my purpose; I love my
pets and other animals and am passionate about their welfare. More
people need to speak and do for the ones that can't speak and do for
themselves. All of us have our passions. Some are advocates for
children, the elderly....More people need to be advocates for ALL the
helpless. My passion is Animal Welfare.

Erm... Okay, then.

Maybe you're not "A CRUEL, UNEDUCATED, BACKWOODS, HUNTING, HILLBILLY,
TOOTHLESS REDNECK THAT LIVES FOR NASCAR", but you come across just a tad
defensive, and more than a little deficient in the paragraph department.

Lighten up.

Fascinating.

I think it's just one jackass. I love killfiles!

My dogs are "perky" (- scare quotes!) at the moment but I
think it has more to do with the change of seasons than the
moon, which technically would probably be described as
"Waxing Crescent Moon Syndrome" (- not scare quotes)
anyway.

Yeah. That's what we thought. That's what the vet thought. That was the
day she gave birth.

I know it has nothing to do with Maybe, but sometimes people can be mistaken.

Did you tell her that it's far too early for Trick or Treat?

That's a really, really long time. When does she get to
get out and about again?

Cinder came up lame today and I can't figure out what's
hurting, so she gets the next few days off while we keep an
eye on it.
