Default Marcie's got day

Was actually yesterday. November 30, 2007, at approximately 11 a.m., I
was at the airport, waiting to open my wonderful little package from TX!
We've had a wonderful year so far and she is a ton of fun.

To celebrate, she went off to get spayed today. Vet called around 4 to
tell me that surgery went well, no problems and to call in the morning
to come pick her up. The house is very quiet without my silly, speedy
little girl here - her first night away from home.

Lucy accompanied her this morning, since she needed a followup
urinalysis and BUN test. I think I'll take Rudy along to pick her up
tomorrow.

A whole year? She's still a wee baby puppy in my mind, even though I've
seen photos of her as a big girl.

Happy got day, Marcie!

To celebrate, she went off to get spayed today.

That's not a very nice anniversary present.

I know! I have a bit over an hour to go before I can call and go get
her. I missed her so much last evening and this morning! I
automatically picked up her dish when it was time to feed the dogs, then
remembered that she wasn't here.

I'm telling her that by getting spayed, she'll never have to miss her
activities due to being in season. THAT is a very good thing, so it was
worth it!

wow. time just flies.

happy got day marcie!

I don't know if I wished Marcie a happy got day or was simply in
denial. A year cannot have passed!

Happy belated got day, Marcie! And make the most of your
convalescence!

Good news about Lucy, too.
