You mean DECENT people like Canis55 and
LeeCharlesKelley, folks you know in RL, from
NYC?? They asked me to treat you GENTLE
so's you won't RELAPSE into a other asylum.

Ha ha ha!

I see the resident Loon is still getting away with his Libelous ways.
No one in the hospital has revoked his internet privileges?

Dude, one of the people you mention above quit dog training years
ago. The other *should have* and is persona non grata at the local dog
run for failing to control his animals.

Nice friends.

Hey Dianne!!!

Well, seeing as most ISPs don;t even offer Usenet anymore (mine
included), we'll see how long I'm here. I was curious enough this
afternoon to check out some free usenet providers, so I'm here until a)
this one craps out on me, or b) I get horribly addicted again and
actually (gasp!) PAY EXTRA for usenet. God, I hope that doesn't happen!

I see much has changed....and even more has stayed the same around here ;-)

Check out these two:
http://individual.net/ news.individual.net
http://motzarella.org/ news.motzarella.org

The first costs 10 Euros a year and is extremely reliable. The
second is free and is supposed to be very good.

I'm using astraweb. It costs $25 for 125GB and it carries binaries. I'm
addicted to 2 binary animal picture groups so when my isp quit usenet, I
found astraweb. I have had it for 3 or 4 months and have barely tapped my
available usage. At the rate I'm going, my $25 will last close to 3 years!!
Not a bad price for a photo addiction. Of course, each persons usage may
vary!!! It hasn't gone down, and it works with OE just fine.

Whew, thanks for that second one!

I had already signed up for (and paid thru PP) for the Berlin server,
but it hasn't acknowledged the payment yet.

The free server I was using cut me off after 4 posts this
evening....and, well, that is simply NOT enough when I've got 2 years
worth of opinions stored up ;-)

Good to see you Matt.

Hi Tara,

I'm back myself and addicted all over again
I'm using Motzarella and it's NOT bad. in fact, for free it's
perfect.

I also use Agent... but I had it from years ago and they re-supplied
me with my serial number. GOOD people.

Hi Nessa!

I'm on Motzarella ATM myself. Mostly because my payment to the Berlin
server (is that the same one that used to be the FREE Berlin server
years ago? ;-) seems to have gone as yet unacknowledged.

Seems not so bad. I wish I had tried this before handing over a whopping
13 bucks for a whole year!

Nice to see you again Nessa :-)
