Judy Schor organized the event after her show dog developed ischemic dermatophy immediately after a rabies booster (the rat terrier is still struggling with the symptoms).

Dr. Dodds and Dr. Schultz regularly give seminars across the country at the request of dog clubs, etc..., so if a group or person in Florida were willing to organize it, I'm sure they'd come!
