Did you do a biopsy?

I wasn't intending to, have you done a biopsy yet? - my suggestion merely
allows someone to post a picture - HTH

Are all Americans simpletons?

It was just a question wondering if a biopsy was done and what may have been
found. You don't have the answer - don't reply.

Now I see, people just tack a reply onto anyone's post?

Is there a way I can post a picture?

go to tinypic.com, upload the picture and post the link here.

So have you diagnosed the problem yet?

I thought the premise of your arguement with the group was that we told the
person to seek a vet instead of giving them help. Considering the issue
needs a biopsy and physical examination, especially considering the dog's
age, it NEEDS to see a vet.
\We can't do biopsies here, we can't examine anything from a picture, and
non of us are vets. The op would have better luck asking their next door
neighbor. And you copped an attitude because we did not give a diagnosis fo
help.

Ok a diagnosis is what you want? A diagnosis is what you get. I say it's
mestatic cancer.
I'm a garbage collector. fwiw

Hope you are happy, now see a vet

I think the problem is that the OP thought that by seeing a picture we
would be able to help.

post the picture. THEN we can say go see a vet.

then the OP gets the proper answer

Phil is clearly very literal in his interpretaions of life.

the OP asked how to post a picture.

we as mature adults who know that a picture isn't worth squat in this
case, said "why bother with that step all we are going to do in the
end is tell you to take your dog to the vet"

we just saved time by avoiding an unnessary step. seeing the picture
would have NOT changed the advice given by the folks here.

Phil L needs this synopsis! There's a Phil over on the cat NG who WOULD
say to see a vet, but he fancies himself one (but he's not) and
chastises people for all sorts of other crap. He thinks he's god's gift
to cats and well......... he's an ass. Maybe the Phil "X." is a weird
persona in general.

No, I think the problem is that Phil's a schmuck (ding!) who
seems inordinately fond of the tantrum as a means of
expression. The original poster was incorrect but that's
not a problem, that's just wrong. The only person here
who's having problems with the inability of untrained
laypeople to diagnose problems on a dog they've never seen
is Phil.

I need to correct something here. There's no way of knowing
with any certainty that Phil's a schmuck. I should have
said that Phil behaves like a schmuck.

At last, someone with a brain.

Mature adults? - I'm a mature adult, being 44, Melinda seems like a snotty
nosed, know nothing student who can do nothing but shriek insults and throw
accusations around, and even worse than that, given that the OP has possibly
taken one look at this thread and thought, 'forget it' and taken no action,
perhaps if Melinda hadn't turned it into a ridiculous circus and ignored my
post, the OP may have had more to say on the subject.

I agree it wouldn't have made any difference, but would it have done any
harm?
