So far, so good, on the food front. She's still eating Core and doing
well on it. Her coat is almost back to normal, after getting dried out on the low fat food she'd been eating. And I've been expanding her treat pool without any adverse effects. Apples and pears are back on the menu, as are ice cream tubs. http://www.flickr.com/photos/cat-sidh/3289308554/ Do you suppose Chard would approve? (And, you can't tell from that photo, but her ears are now the prettiest soft pink color. I heartily endorse Zymox's yeast- and bacteria-killerating properties. That stuff is freaking amazing.) -- Shelly http://www.cat-sidh.net (the Mother Ship) http://esther.cat-sidh.net (Letters to Esther) |

I say that, because at one point her entire head was in the tub, which would not have been necessary if she could have reached the bottom with just her tongue. Alas, the photo I tried to take of that did not turn out. I have a 3/4 empty tub of mint chocolate chip in the freezer, though, so I shall try again, when it's empty. She is one of the cutest boxers I have seen. Muttley and Lucky found a lid to an ice cream tub, and used it as a tug toy (after ripping the top off, so it was just a ring). I wish I had a picture of that. All I have are pictures of Lucky using Muttley's collar and ear as tug toys. And Muttley was not amused... http://www.smart.net/~pstech/Lucky/D...es_9160034.JPG http://www.smart.net/~pstech/Lucky/D...es_9160035.JPG Paul and Muttley |

So far, so good, on the food front. She's eating Core and doing well on
it. ________________________________ Shelly, Ahh the picture of Harriet and her death grip on the ice cream tub is cute. Harriet does look well and her coat looks healthy. Did you happen to watch Westminster and the boxer in the finals? The dog reminded me of Harriet probably because Harriet is the only Boxer I know these days. The pic of the dog with his tongue in the jar reminds me of Chica. She has a tongue a yard long. Diamond lamb & rice dog food and Comfortis flea med has made a new man out of Jubal Early. He has almost a lush coat it is not bristly and stubby any more and he is no longer itching and chewing at himself. Yippee. Continued good health to Harriet. I swear by the ice cream diet myself. I like Cherry Garcia. Be Free.....Judy |
