I feel like such a dolt. I went to the NAFA database to see how many
Dobes were registered for flyball (there is another flyball registration now, but not in my area for the most part). A total of 303 Dobes are registered with NAFA. Of the top 100, only 2 have raced in my region. One has a registration # from fiscal year 1993 (October 1 1992- September 30 1993), and I doubt I ever saw that one because I started in early 1999. The other? Ummmmmm - she's my teammate. Yep - right there under my nose, so close that apparently I couldn't see her! Our team is not very large at the moment, and I know the dog well, so I have no idea why she slipped my mind in my previous post to you about Dobes in flyball! She's currently ranked #39 (points count) for Dobes. -- Janet Boss www.bestfriendsdogobedience.com |

It's too bad we don't have that sort of thing around here, it might be fun to try (well, after Roscoe's behavior and focus improve). --Susan |

I may look for something when my son and I move and have a dog of our own (Roscoe is my folks' pup, though I'm the one who takes care of him lately), depending on how busy our lives are at that point, and what dog we end up getting. ![]() --Susan |
