Chard - get the hell back in my killfile where you belong. You just
can't stand being ignored.

Thanks to this post, I got to read all the ways that Chard is misusing CS.

She really needs to get involved with some Natural health animal people
who know what they're doing. Her friends aren't doing her any good.

My friends are *those* natural health people.

There are a million natural remedies that are healthier for a small
kitten with a URI (Um, they don't just get "stuffy heads") than
CS....and they're work more effectively.

Healthier? CS is not toxic at all. There is nothing more effective.

Geezzz. That's about the dumbest thing I've read all month.

Geezzz. That's about the dumbest response I've read all year.

ummmm - don't get TOO carried away! She's not a bird after all.

That said, I hope that Hannah has a life at least as much longer as she
has had thus far!

You never know - seriously.

Indeed. My first lab mix lived to 15.5. I'm hoping at least the same
for Lucy.

We have clients who are great dane lovers and have had a few get to 12! (And
kibble fed - oh my!)

They brought a new one in last week - 10 weeks old and 37 pounds. OH MY!

Must be all the preservatives.

I didn't think 7 was past middle age for a 60-lb
dog.

7 is the age where vets like to do a baseline bloodwork. The BEGINNING
of becoming a senior. That said, I know some very OLD 7 year olds and
some extremely young 7 year olds. Kind of like people, there are a lot
of factors that determine "true age".

Dogs do age differently, but they really seem to mature differently too. I
wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Kiba is three months past two years and is not an adult by any stretch.
Trying to keep him quiet right now while he recovers from knee surgery is
painful, for me and him. He wants to play SOOO badly!! *sigh*
