Just so sad about...

..... all the recent pyometra cases we've had lately. Seem to have a run on
them. Our latest is a cute little Pom. Her uterine horns that should be very
small, were as large as italian sausage links. So sick she needed
transfusions. If she makes it through the night, I'd be surprised. Just
shaking my head.... She looks at me with this sad little look.
