Search teams and cadaver teams don't cross-train. In fairness to the original poster, she didn't say it was a specialized cadaver dog, and I think some search and rescue dogs (including bloodhounds) are trained to track human scent, whether the human is dead or alive. But given that this person has apparently decided not to answer questions here, we will probably never know what she actually intended to say. I just hopes she slows down a bit and thinks hard about what she's planning on doing. |
