Ginnie, my Japanese Chin was put to sleep this morning. She was 11 and had
a grade five heart murmur. She caught kennel cough despite having the vaccination and it was too much for her. We adopted her 18 months ago and we had a short but happy time. She was a real sweetheart. http://s12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...view=slideshow Sleep well, Ginnie. Alison, |

You may have only had her for 18 months, but it doesn't take more than a moment to give your heart. Godspeed Ginnie, Karla |

Alison, A year and a half is a short time, and kennel cough is a tough way to go, but the photos are lovely and suggest the time you had together was a very good one. My condolences. -- Bill Clodius los the lost and net the pet to email |

I appreciate your thoughts and condolences.
We've all been through this and it helps that there are doggy people who understand that a dog isn't just a dog but a member of the family. Alison, |
