and chubs with a best used by date of 11-10-10. Below is a summary of
what was sent to Newco:

· Medallions 60130:
o Ship Date: 12/18
o Amount shipped, 55 cases
· Patties 60120:
o Ship Date: 12/18
o 40 cases shipped
· Chubs 70121
o Ship Date: 12/3
o 6 cases shipped

· Letter to Retailers
o Outlines details on how to execute the recall
· FAQs
o Use this as your script when answering questions from
distributors/retailers and/or consumers. Remember, consistent messaging
is key.
· Press Release
o Will be released at approximately 6:00 pm central time tonight by
our PR agency
o There will also be a CEO letter posted on the Nature’s Variety
website at the same time as the press release
· Certificate of Destruction
o All distributors and retailers must use this form when accounting
for the affected product. We will collect these forms to provide credit
as well as to show evidence to the FDA that we have done our due
diligence to execute the recall.
