Default Seeking an "inescapable" harness for medium size dog

hello,
When I'm away my parents watch my dog. He's medium size, about 30
pounds. They have trouble walking him and he was able to get lose
from his collar one time. Now he wears a harness when hes with them
and they connect the leash to that, but by facing them and pulling
backward he has been able to escape from the harness as well. I'm
seeking an upgraded, professional dog harness for a dog his size.
Anyone know of one? Thanks

Another good device is the Martingale collar, which tightens up around the
neck but does not choke like a choker chain:
