Feel free. I used to do it too, but it just got so I felt I was smashing my
head on a wall. He's told the stories of Poor Muttley escaping ever since
he's gotten him. He takes no steps to fix it, or train, or enclose, or
anything. He just keeps tying him out on the same tie-out, and wonders why
it fails all the time. How Muttley has survived is beyond me. Isn't the
definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over and expecting a

recall? I don't when my dog sneaks out she plays in the street and

At the dog park one of my German Shepherd trainers had a highly trained
level 8 German Shepherd. Even he did not have perfect control when
other dogs were involved.

owner, as am I, except he seems to have a particularly difficult stray.
He is trying to do the best he can and hold down a job.
I don't have an hour a day for training and I doubt Paul has either.

Plus, I don't leave my dogs out on unsafe and
improper jury-rigged lines that they can easily escape from, like
Muttley has already done a number of times already. Unlike cats, dogs
don't have nine lives.

I am sure Paul is doing the best he can. The is Youtube footage I have
seen of a dog jumping a ten foot fence using Parcour type moves.
Muttley has spent time as wild stray. Things are going to take time.

still posting. When I bought my latest computer, I was forced to use
