They had said they tried that and it did'nt work...I believe that if
you call the cops everytime you think you see something that breaks a law,
do you really think they would have time for really serious problems...If
you see someone harming a person do you just call the athorities and wait
while the abuse continues? and a possible a death is happening ? I stated I
would take matters into my own hands and save dog, person , child, cat,
ferret, mice, ect. Not wait for authorities to do something as she had said
they have done nothing.....Will

As Americans, we also have laws to protect us. The authorities are there

to
uphold those laws.

Nothing wrong with calling the authorities if one suspects these laws are

being
broken.

There's a lot wrong with calling the authorities every time you suspect
laws are being broken. You become a nuisance to the cops & AC (or
whomever you call). Secondly, in our situation, if we call the cops, it
had better be over something pretty huge, because the idiot neighbors
blame any cop calls to a neighbor across the street from them and make
her life miserable. It would have to be huge anyway, because I believe
that using the strict adherance to laws as a weapon is not a good way to
live. (remember the Barney Fife/Gomer Pyle feud that had Gomer yelling
"Citizen's Arrest! Citizen's Arrest!). I don't need to be Barney or
Gomer.
