I think he has Papillon in him. perhaps if he was in the States , he would
be a rat terrier?

I am terrible with recognizing and identifying toy dogs and terriers,
but I think rat terriers are bigger than 5 lb.

He weighs 2.4 kilos. he must be over 12 and I don't think he is a
"designer" dog as far as I know they didn't breed them back then in the
UK.

Ah, the good old days...

He attracts a lot of attention when we go out and he has his own fan club.
