Okay, Chief, that explains a lot about your take-charge writing style
and expression of ideas.... Every now and then a situation will start to develop at the training center, and I'll use parade ground voice to give a general direction to freeze or "hold your dogs".... maybe once every couple of years.... and the boss laughs and makes a comment about "the colonel" (Lieutenent Colonel / Commander). LOL! Yup. Different branch though so differences can get pretty wild. We meet minds easily. ;-) |

"Jo Wolf" wrote Well Jo, She's taken it like a trooper. They also removed the growth and are sending it for study. It was isolated and came out really easy. The nurse said that normally is a good news but we'll await the results to be sure. Results came back. Mixed bag, but hope is not lost. The growth was cancerous but they think they may have gotten it all. They also pulled samples of the fiberous spots she has about the belly but they all test negative which is good as they aren't operable. http://tinyurl.com/5m28op Thats what they saw on the non-invasive scans. The 6 biopsies done were covered under her plan (grin). She'll get non-invasive scans every 6 months now as part of her checkups. |

Better than all bad! Yup! The link isnt perfect but it's the best that matches. It's same fiberous 'stuff' but these aren't external skin dangles (that they can snip off with no problem presumably). Either way, clean biopsies on all of them. Vet said there were many possible causes including possible earlier injuries or infections long healed? Meantime, she's miffed at me. I cleaned her ears again gosh darn it! ;-) |
