Hi Carrie, with dogs yes but never to meds or vaccinations. I know it can happen, but we've not had any issues. Food now is another matter. Although most cats and dogs tolerate wheat, corn and soy products well, it is not universal. Of the 3 dogs I have had, 2 react to grains badly. I didn't pay for fancy testing to figure out which ones they react to, I just converted them to grain free and now mostly raw feeding using a decent grinder that can handle chicken bones well. Symptoms of grain allergies I noted: Recurrent Ear infections (there can be other causes but this is an easy one to see if grain free feeding fixes), itching, toe chewing. Mabel Anne is so bad, she will gnaw until she bleeds and only after 2 months of grain free has she recovered the fur on her belly (we got her 20 Nov 2010). |

None of my dogs have had allergic reactions to vaccinations or medications, but this site has some information about that: http://www.ehow.com/facts_4914284_dr...gies-dogs.html |

Allergies to antibiotics in dogs is not unusual.... just like in
humans.... {sigh} The appropriate thing to do is always to stop the medication that the dog is reacting to and start an alternative one. Same thing your MD would do for you. Jo Wolf Martinez, Georgia |

Consuming the right food is vital for your health. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it's not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss compound, it's a superfood too. There's a risk free trial available at http://rikump.fatfreestore.info I have been using it for 2 weeks now and it is definitely having an effect!!
