Amen. I read an article Years ago about poop-scoopers in Paris, zipping
around on meter maid type vehicles, bounding out of them to scoop poop off the city's sidewalks.... My dogs, on lead, "go" where I allow them to go.... They expect this. And I scoop it up, and "correctly" dispose of it. Jo Wolf Martinez, Georgia
