Default Garden update with the dogs

Well, they ignore the tomatoes.

Cash chased Aunti Mabel and barked at her the first time she tried to chase
a bunny. Now, he's teaching her to guard them! Dunno as she's a 'good'
bunny guard, but they seem to feel safe as they nibble my veggies. The
bunnies won't let her more close than 7 feet but Cash can practially lick
them while they eat the lettuce and spinach.

So much for my fierce hunter dogs eh?

Aunti Mabel shows some hope. She objected to all the spinach being eaten
and joined in to grab her share. Yeah, she likes fresh spinach over grass.
I put more down for us all. You can crop that and lettuce 3-4 times easy
here in my climate.

Aunti Mabel has learned a new trick. We put the spinach container up on a
short sort of 'bench' (Don makes them so I don't have to reach down to far).
She wasn't able to nibble the new crop as the top was too tall.

Now, she's learned to put her paws on it and knock it off so she can get at
the baby spinach. *sigh*. She doesn't even eat much of it! Just nibbles a
little like it has a flavor she wants.

We moved the bench to the fence and put the container on it and added more
seed then took some of those cheap planter hangers that stick out and
reversed them to hold the planter in place. Beat that my silly little
Aunti!
