Default Meet Mason: Dog returns home after storm with two broken legs

This showed up on a terrier rescue group a day or two ago. The dog is
actually an apparent Cairn Terrier. None of the 3 nationwide Cairn
rescue groups can currently underwrite the cost of surgery, but they are
notifying applicants who have qualified for a dog from them in the
region to apply to the clinic for adoption, in an attempt to get the dog
into a responsible home for recovery as quickly as possible. However,
it wouldn't surprise me of one of the vet techs at the clinic ends up
with the dog. Seems to happen that way often.

Tough and determined little bugger. And a heart-tugging tale.

Yeh, I know the care is donated by the vet, but often a breed rescue
will try to chip in..... encourages the vet to repeat the service.

Knew, too that the owners turned in the dog to the local animal because
they can no longer care for it. I'd like to Think they may be able to
take the dog back.... but reality says that this may not happen.... Is
not likely to happen....

Referring to The President of The United States of America as "1st dog & dogman" is both childish and Un-American!
