Default ESS Holiday Cards?

Hey all,
I'm looking for some fun doggy xmas cards. Ideally, ESS's but Goldens
are nice too. I've already purchased some from my local rescue group but
haven't found much of anything like at the EDD national club page or
any of their rescue pages. Nothing as ASPCA or AKC that looked
interesting....Local clubs not looking to good either...

Any of you out there know of some good sites ? Google turned us stuff,
but I wasn't impressed.

Thanks
Darby

I got mine from a local training place that carries McCartney stuff. You may
want to look over his website.

Did you find a puppy yet?

Thanks....I'll try that site.

No pup yet....(besides, I'd be really concerned if a breeder was willing to give
me a pup this time of year....it's too suspect. Our rescue groups do not adopt
out in Dec and the first half of Jan. in part because it's hard on the dogs just
getting use to a new home and to add in the holiday stress...plus, far too many
folks purchase dogs as presents and for me, its a big no no)

Still researching and trying to decide if I want to go the route of rescue or
puppy....besides, I don't know enough and still have a lot more to learn before
I'd feel comfortable purchasing a pup from a breeder...its a big step for me and
while I don't think your ever totally ready, my gut says now is not the right
time for a pup....,I can't imagine that a pup would be available already since
I've only casually" been looking at specific breeders....I"d be concerned if some
of the breeders I've spoken too said "hey, I've got a pup for you, want it?".....

If I go the route of rescue, I'll do it via MAESSR....our regional ESS rescue
that I volunteer for...we get lots of great dogs all the time...maybe best to
take a middle age or senior dog first before going the puppy route....but still
keeping my eyes open....
