Big question.....
Why on earth do you think that it is better for her to act, from what you said yourself, TOTALLY contrary to her actual personality? If the other dogs seem to like her, accept her as she is, why change it? Its like asking a cheerful person to act depressed all the time, or a natural peacemaker to start a fight. After all, it wouldn't be out of the norm for your other dogs to decide that she is their little buddy and be protective of her, taking care of her and the like, since she is not as pushy as they are.
