This guy has a long past in abusing animals - believe he deals in
horses as well. They reckon Irish farmers have been given subsidies
to make their living in other ways - because they're prevented from
growing stuff the EU don't want.
However, if they can ban dangerous drivers 'for life' why can't they
do the same with him - they should ban him from keeping or dealing in
animals. He'll give it a few months then he'll be 'up to' something
else.
