The area sounds great and the fence sounds fine, but I wanted to say build
your own a-frame and dog walk! It's very easy and much, much, much

cheaper.
These are two items that are easily built, save your money for things that
cannot be easily built--a good teeter base and weave poles.

My friend Bill builds the stuff in his garage for me very cheaply. Probably
cheaper than I could make it myself, after buying the tools and replacing
materials ruined by mistakes. I already have gorgeous weaves and a teeter
from him!

Stuck-in-ground weave poles work well for me, though they have
to go in before the ground freezes. Electric fencing poles with
3/4" PVC slipped over the poles (less than $20).

The stuck in the ground poles weren't working for clumsy kavik, they kept
getting knocked over. Bill makes great weave poles that hinge in the
middle, so you can carry a set of six in each hand. I love them and I think
they cost me under 200$.

I think the most expensive thing I have is a tunnel, which costs 300$
including shipping ( a fortune). The AFrame from Bill will be cheaper!!!

I ended up springing for a nice set on a base. I did mine basically because
I'm lazy and hated having to remeasure and pound rebar every time I mowed the
lawn.

I think the most expensive thing I have is a tunnel, which costs 300$

Yikes! I got a tunnel for 110 including shipping and handling. Of course it
isn't a competion tunnel, but it is a good size and lighter than the comp
tunnels too.
