When to phone the SPCA - the tlckennels saga - Errington, Vancouver Island
Does anyone have any more information on the thread about Wendy Jane Glover and the allegations made against her?
I am very disturbed by the allegations written in regard to tlckennels...I have checked with the local SPCA in Parksville and the vet mentioned in the article.... neither parties have ever heard of any troubles with this kennel.... can the author provide some evidence to support the validity of these horrific occurrences and also please report them directly to the SPCA in Parksville..their number is 250-758-8444......they could not investigate based on what I told them as I am considered a third party....
