We picked up our 2 dogs from the kennel yesterday after being out of
town for a few days. The two are brothers and are half Terrier (don't
know what kind) and half miniature Doberman.

They both have long tails (at least for their size) and before we took
them to the kennel, they would normally curl their tails straight up
or even sort of parallel to their backs if they got excited. However,
ever since he got home, the tail on one of the dogs is drooping down
between his legs. It's bad enough that he won't sit down because he
sits on his tail. He also seems rather lethargic and just not
himself. Is this something to be concerned about?

Physically, the dogs both seem fine. They are eating and going to the
bathroom as usual and I'm pretty sure that his tail isn't broken
because I've seen him wag it and when I touch it he doesn't seem to
mind.

Any good advice is appreciated.
